BASIC FIRST AID, CPR AED AND EMERGENCY OXYGEN TRAINING
International Health and Safety Training Institute is a subsidiary of Underwater Works Inc. limited and an
American Safety and Health and Institute (ASHI) approved training centre.
An authorised ASHI instructor using the 2005/ 2010 guidelines conducts the training and certification
of students who have completed the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) courses.
The American Safety and Health Institute is an association of approximately 35,000 professional safety and
health educators and more than 3,500 training center around the world. ASHI programs have been reviewed, accepted, approved
or have satisfied the requirements of numerous state and federal agencies, which include:

Our authorised ASHI instructor is GLENN CHEDDIE. The center is conveniently located in Chaguanas
and comprises of a large air-conditioned classroom that can accommodate up to twenty (20) students, lots of space for practical
work, restroom and car park. When it is impossible for a company to send its employees to the center our instructor will conduct
the training at their site.
The instructor was at the 2010 Health and Safety Institute (HIS)
International Conference in Phoenix Arizona where there was an guideline update. This will ensure that our instructor is up
to date with what is new and current on the market.
This center is
used by a wide variety of companies and government agencies. These organisations rely on our quality and cost effective training

The training promises to be educational
and practical, packed with plenty of team working and knowledge sharing opportunities over an eight (8) hours period. Physical
skill component includes a hands-on demonstration of CPR. ASHI CPR certification cards are issued only to those students who
have competently demonstrated this skill in the presence of the ASHI authorised instructor.
